Affiliate terms, kept honest.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You apply through the affiliate form; we review every applicant by hand and approve at our discretion. Acceptance into the programme is not automatic, and we may decline an application without giving reasons.

Your account

On approval you receive a unique referral code and a dashboard login. Your code and login are personal to you — keep your credentials secure, and don’t share or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity under it.

These terms and the general terms

This agreement is specific to the affiliate programme. Our general Terms, Privacy and Cookie policies also apply to your use of the site and dashboard.

Attribution

When someone arrives through your referral link, we set a cookie that attributes them to you on a last-click basis for 30 days. If they start a subscription within that window, the referral is credited to you. If a later affiliate’s link is clicked, the most recent click takes precedence.

What is commissionable

Commission is earned on qualifying subscription revenue we actually collect from a referred customer, at your commission rate as shown in your dashboard. We set rates per affiliate and they may differ between affiliates.

Free assessments, leads that never subscribe, taxes, shipping, and amounts later refunded, charged back, disputed or cancelled are not commissionable.

Adjustments

Commission already credited may be reversed if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, cancelled or found to breach these terms. Dashboard earnings are an estimate until confirmed; confirmed amounts govern at payout.

Payout

Commission is paid after it has cleared our confirmation period and once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout of £25. Payments are made in GBP to the payout details you provide. We pay on a monthly cycle in arrears.

Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on commission you earn, and for telling us the correct details to pay you. Where the law requires us to withhold or report, we will.

Accurate details

We are not liable for payments that fail or go astray because of payout details you gave us incorrectly. Keep them current.

Be honest

Promote KÖGN truthfully and on its merits. Do not make medical, therapeutic, disease or guaranteed-outcome claims, and do not overstate what supplements or the assessment can do. Do not misrepresent pricing, our evidence grades, or what a subscription includes.

Disclose the relationship

Where you promote KÖGN, make clear that your links are affiliate links and that you may earn from them, as required by the ASA (UK) and equivalent rules such as the FTC (US). A clear, visible disclosure near the link is enough.

Use our brand respectfully

You may refer to KÖGN and use materials we provide to promote us. You may not register domains, social handles or trademarks containing “KÖGN”, present yourself as KÖGN, or alter our logo or wordmark. Any goodwill in the brand remains ours.

Prohibited promotion

You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it isn’t welcome.
• Refer yourself, or use incentivised, fake, or fraudulent clicks, sign-ups or orders.
• Bid on KÖGN brand terms (or close variants) in paid search, or run ads that impersonate KÖGN.
• Cookie-stuff, force clicks, or otherwise set the referral cookie without a genuine click.
• Promote KÖGN on sites or channels with illegal, adult, hateful or misleading content.
• Offer unauthorised discount codes, cashback or rebates in KÖGN’s name.

Independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture, and you have no authority to make commitments or representations on KÖGN’s behalf.

Data protection

Handle any personal data connected with your promotion lawfully and in line with UK GDPR. Dashboard data — including masked referral information — is confidential and for managing your participation only; don’t misuse or share it.

Ending it

You may leave the programme at any time. We may pause or end your participation, or the programme as a whole, with reasonable notice — or immediately where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraud.

Effect of ending

On termination your right to use your link and our brand stops. Confirmed commission properly earned before termination remains payable, subject to these terms; we may withhold or reverse commission we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach.

What survives

The sections on prohibited methods, brand use, data, liability and governing law survive the end of this agreement.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, KÖGN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost profits, and our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the programme evolves. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version; where changes are material, we may ask you to accept the revised terms on your next sign-in before continuing.
